Dr Salindera has now established a breast reconstruction service in Coffs Harbour offering immediate implant-based breast reconstruction for patients requiring mastectomy for breast cancer as well as delayed reconstruction for patients who may already have had a mastectomy.
For breast conservation or lumpectomy Dr Salindera will use the latest techniques in Oncoplastic surgery such as breast reduction and local flaps for in patients with larger cancers who wish to avoid mastectomy.

Dr Salindera holds a specialist fellowship from the Melanoma Institute Australia and is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer.
General Surgery and Endoscopy
Dr Salindera holds a fellowship from The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in General Surgery and can perform laparoscopic and open surgery such as hernia repair and cholecystectomy. She also performs gastroscopy and colonoscopy in both public and private with no gap fee.
Dr Salindera offers outpatient services in her clinic at 15 Duke Street Coffs Harbour, accepting Breast Surgery, Melanoma & General Surgery consultations. She operates in both public and private and has NO gap fee.
