Dr Salindera has established a local breast reconstruction service in Coffs Harbour offering immediate implant-based breast reconstruction for patients requiring mastectomy for breast cancer as well as delayed reconstruction for patients who may already have had a mastectomy.

For breast conservation or lumpectomy Dr Salindera will use the latest techniques in Oncoplastic surgery such as breast reduction and local flaps in patients with larger cancers who wish to avoid mastectomy.

Breast Implants & Aesthetic Surgery

Dr Salindera offers breast augmentation, implant exchange and revision surgery as well as removal only. She is experienced in breast implant surgery and is able to do breast implant checks and provide you a detailed assessment. We also offer breast reduction surgery and mastopexy (breast lift) this can be in conjunction with implants or independently.

Breast Health & High Risk Screening

Being an expert in breast health, Dr Salindera is able to assess and manage breast pain, breast density, menopause related breast changes and risk assessments.

Male Breast Surgery

Our clinical also offers treatment for male breast cancer, assessment of male breast pain and surgery for gynecomastia.

Melanoma & Skin Cancer

Dr Salindera holds a specialist fellowship from the Melanoma Institute Australia and is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer.
