We provide comprehensive care for breast cancer from when your diagnosis is confirmed through to 5yrs post treatment follow up. She will tailor your treatment planned to your cancer type and your health priorities ensuring you have access to the latest trials and treatments.

Breast Reconstruction

Immediate & Delayed Reconstruction

Dr Salindera offers immediate reconstruction at the time of your cancer surgery. She will also coordinate with plastic surgeons if you choose autologous reconstruction. If you have already had a mastectomy Dr Salindera can still reconstruct a new breast for you. Please contact us to understand more.

Care Coordination

Dr Salindera will coordinate your care through our local multidisciplinary team, including facilitating access to clinical trials.

The Multidisciplinary team includes medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgery, pathology, radiology, genetics and your breast care nurse.

The team meet weekly to discuss cases in detail to ensure you get an in-depth assessment and evidence based recommendations.

If you have had previous breast cancer surgery and are experiencing asymmetry, we are able to provide you corrective surgery using techniques such as fat grafting, breast reduction and mastopexy. This is available in both the public hospital and private setting.

High Risk Surveillance

Prevention & Genetics

If you have a strong family history of breast cancer or are worried about breast screening contact us for an individual risk assessment and coordination of genetic testing. We also offer preventative surgery for high risk patients including BRCA gene positive women.
